Victron’s quality and cost effective printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) operations are designed to meet a high mix of product lines with varied volume and complexity.

Flexible by design with scalable on-demand manufacturing processes, Victron has created a lean manufacturing environment for PCBA assembly that in most cases, accomplishes completed assemblies in a single day.

At the front end, process validation occurs on our 3-D solder paste deposition equipment before products are launched on any one of our ten surface mount (SMT) lines. At the back end, each line is equipped with automatic optical inspection (AOI) for enhanced quality inspection.
