An integral part of Victron’s business model is our New Product Introduction Team and adaptive processes specializing in fast and efficient prototype assembly and testing of customer’s products. Located in our Silicon Valley headquarters, the New Product Introduction team transitions with the product into its life cycle. This ensures continuity of process and product knowledge.

Supported by the Customer Focused Team, the new product introduction services include PCBA and System level manufacturing as well as process development/process validation for production readiness. Each product is 100% inspected and to further assure quality, Victron makes available flying probe test equipment in the prototype environment.

Employing advanced industry recognized tools and our vast technical experience, Victron provides design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for test (DFT) reports with tangible recommendations to improve on quality, reliability and manufacturability.

Concurrent with this process, our Supply Chain organization is establishing the supply base through prototype purchasing, product costing and production qualification.
