MRP Share
Victron as a Silicon Valley engineering services outsourcing company, utilizes an MRP Share program that provides detailed visibility to our supply base for upside and downside demand fluctuations. This translates to greater flexibility for our customers and the knowledge that their demands are actively managed.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
Victron has implemented strategic agreements with our major suppliers for an in-factory VMI program. This VMI program results in cost advantages for our customers and Victron and in creating our flexible and scalable manufacturing.
