Victron’s Supply Chain Management philosophy is a key differentiator and a competitive advantage for our customers. Our ability to get the cost effectively, right product to the right place at the right time is critical to our successful manufacturing operations and in the end, to our customers.
And in managing the life cycle of our customer’s products, we are well aware of the sourcing challenges and strains this can put on an organization. Victron responds to this by utilizing prominent global suppliers within our supply chain and is highly capable of sourcing a variety of commodities, custom designed parts and hard to find components across the globe.

MRP Share
Victron, a Silicon Valley Electronic manufacturing services company, utilizes an MRP Share program that provides detailed visibility to our supply base for upside and downside demand fluctuations. This translates to greater flexibility for our customers and the knowledge that their demands are actively managed.
Victron Managed/Vendor Owned Inventory Program (VMVO)
Victron is a premier high mix EMS company specializing in PCBA through system integration manufacturing and testing. In the high mix environment, flexibility to manage mix and demands is critical to our customers. Among the various techniques in use at Victron, the VMVO program provides a high degree of flexibility to customer demand and market volatility while minimizing inventory exposure.
VMI programs are not a new concept, but VMVO is unique in that Victron manages the inventory with the use of our own employees and most importantly, the use of our proprietary inventory control system. This eliminates the need for supplier’s personnel in house and the need to manage systems across multiple platforms of our suppliers.
All transactions are performed via EDI resulting in paperless transactions and inbound freight is consolidated for shipment to Victron’s manufacturing locations. These attributes are an important addition to the commitment of our environmental impact program in place at Victron.
